Here is the most recent Chandler Real Estate Housing Market Report for May 2021:  The average sales price of homes in Chandler continues to climb up to another new all-time high of $546,586 in May, increasing over $11,000 since April. The average sales price per square foot also continues to increase, and is now up to $240/sf from $239/sf last month. Days on market remained the same as last month, at a record low of 21, as I am not sure how much lower it could go. This means homes in Chandler continue to sell very fast.  Chandler home sales are up 23.4% from May of last year, coming in at 369 for May of 2021 (just one home fewer than last month). Here is the most recent Chandler Real Estate Housing Market Report for April 2021:  The average sales price of homes in Chandler continues to climb up to a new all-time high of $534,984 in April, however, this was a very minimal increase over March (unlike the near $20k increases the previous two months). The average sales price per square foot also continues to increase, and is now up to $239/sf from $234/sf last month. Days on market dropped for the third month in a row, down to a new all-time low of 21, as homes continue to sell very fast.  Chandler home sales are up 46.8% from April of last year, coming in at 370 for April of 2021. Here is the most recent Chandler Real Estate Housing Market Report for March 2021:  The average sales price of homes in Chandler continues to climb up to a new all-time high of $533,584 in March, another increase of almost $20k from February. The average sales price per square foot also continues to increase, and is now up to $234/sf from $228/sf last month. Days on market dropped for the second month in a row, down to an all-time low of 22 after it increased the two months prior.  Chandler home sales are up 4.7% from March of last year (and the highest they have been in this month since 2018), coming in at 357 for March of 2021. This could be a good sign that home sales are on the rise heading into the busy season. The number of new listings are only down -1.0% from March of last year...

Intel Investing $20 Billion In Chandler, AZ Expansion! In what is being described as the largest private investment in Arizona history, Intel announced Tuesday, March 23rd, a $20 billion expansion for its Chandler Ocotillo Campus. Part of this expansion to its semiconductor manufacturing operations in the state, Intel is building two new fabrication facilities on the campus, bringing 3,000 construction jobs, 3,000 tech jobs and 15,000 more jobs indirectly. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey remarked at the announcement as "further evidence that the state of Arizona is a jobs juggernaut." Here is the most recent Chandler Real Estate Housing Market Report for February 2021:  The average sales price of homes in Chandler continues to climb up to an all-time high of $514,750 in February (breaking the $500k mark), an increase of over $20k from January. The average sales price per square foot also continues to increase, and is now up to $228/sf from $217/sf last month. Days on market took a huge drop down to an all-time low of 27 after it increased for two straight months, and was at 36 DOM in January.  Chandler home sales are down -6.1% from February of last year, coming in at 278 for February of 2021. Here is the most recent Chandler Real Estate Housing Market Report for January 2021:  The average sales price of homes in Chandler continues to climb up to an all-time high of $492,510 in January, an increase of $10k from December. The average sales price per square foot also continues to increase, and is now up to $217/sf. Days on market has increased for the second straight month, up to 36 from an all-time low of 28 DOM in November.  Chandler home sales are just about the same as they were in January of last year, up just 2.3%. The average sales price dropped slightly for Chandler home sales in September compared to August, although the price per square foot increased over last month. Days on market has lowered to 34, which is extremely low. Chandler home sales are significantly higher than in September of last year, increasing 26.4%.
