        Carefree Arizona Real Estate Market Report    The Carefree Arizona Real Estate Market is less active than other suburbs of Phoenix. The average selling price there was $668,220.00 over the 86 homes sold there in the last year.  There are fewer buyers qualified to purchase homes in this price range under present lending constraints and few cash buyers for properties in Carefree price ranges.
