- Carefree Christmas Festival December 2013-  The sixth annual Christmas Festival was held December 13-15, 2013 in the Carefree Town Center at the Sanderson Lincoln Pavilion. This is one of my favorite events each year and offers something for everybody.  The meandering pathways surrounding the Events Stage are lined with booths selling clothing, jewelry, art, food items and more. It is always a great way to find gifts for family members and friends, while having a fun time.  My first stop was the fabulous “Food Row” that served everything from tacos to caramel corn. The 6th annual Carefree Christmas Festival is being held this year on Friday December 13th through Sunday December 15th. A $250,000 sponsorship was recently accepted by the Town of Carefree to cover the cost of sale shades and lighting for the Sanderson Lincoln Pavilion, formerly known as Carefree Desert Gardens Pavilion.
