The average sales price increased from $604,458 in December to $615,281 in January of 2022, reaching a new all-time high. The price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes increased in January to start off 2022, going from $273/sf in December to $287/sf in January. The average sales price of Ahwatukee homes has increased ten times out of the last twelve months. The Ahwatukee days on market remained at 29 for January of 2022 after decreasing from 30 DOM in November to 29 DOM in December of 2021. The average sales price increased from $585,399 in November to $604,458 in December. The average sales price in Ahwatukee has now reached an all-time high to end 2021, surpassing the previous high of $602,866 that was reached in August of this year. The price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes dropped for the second time in the last three months. The average sales price increased from $558,685 in October to $585,399 in November. It is getting closer to the all-time high of $602,866 that was reached in August of this year. The price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes is on the rise again. Here is the most recent Ahwatukee AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for October 2021:  After reaching an all-time high of $602,866 in August, the average sales price of homes in Ahwatukee dropped in September, down to $552,786, but did increase back up to $558,685 in October. After remaining the same, or increasing for seven consecutive months, the price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes dropped from $267/sf in September to $263/sf in October. After dropping to 22 DOM in August, to tie the all-time low, the Ahwatukee DOM has increased for the second consecutive month, from 24 DOM in September to 28 DOM in October. The price per square foot of homes sold in Ahwatukee increased in August to $264/sf. The Ahwatukee DOM had increased for two straight months, but dropped to 22 DOM in August, tying the all-time low. Days on market decreased 7 between April and May, but increased 1, to 23 DOM in June. Days on market decreased from 29 down to 22 for May, after increasing from 26 to 29 DOM from March to April. However, days on market increased in April from 26 to 29 DOM after decreasing the last two months. This month's increase over February was over $55,000. The price per square foot increased for the second straight month, from $225/sf to $229/sf after dropping down to $211/sf in January.
