Imagine the memories that are locked in this old house. We were traveling the main street in Des Arc Arkansas today when I spotted this gem.  In Searcy Arkansas it would already be a "has been" but for some reason it is right there with trimmed lawn on the main street of town.  The sheer simplicity of its design pleases me. I suspected my activerain friends would like seeing this one so I snapped this picture.  Perhaps someone will know something about its history and share. Des Arc is a small town that is well known for its parked boat called Dondie's White River Princess Restaurant.  It is on the river and has great cat fish, so they say.
