Building a brand new home in Delta Acres Marion Ar. My first time home buyer client is building her very first home in Delta Acres!!  She is so excited and she is getting her house built in her dream subdivision, Delta Acres in Marion, Ar.  We couldn't really find any house they like and still in their budget, so I suggested her to consider building and see if it will work with her budget.  After talking with Dannik Home, the builder works with her numbers and she got what she wants!!  She is building a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a finished bonus room upstairs, close to 1,800 sq ft. When I go to list a house, I always mention to the seller to declutter their house if I see it is needed.  Every now and then, I see some great homes without clutter at all!!  Everything in its own place and there is a place for everything, such wonderful home owners like that. My two adopted cats are turning 1 year old in April, they have brought us so much laughter and joy this last year.  I was never a cat lover, but Chub and JJ, they are brother and sister, have changed me, and we all love them so so much. Chub loves to eat, he always comes out from nowhere when it is time for US to eat, he will be sitting next to you and ask you for food.  If you ignore him, he will tap you on your hand, thigh and meow, like he is saying he is waiting long enough, give me some food NOW.  He is so funny, very comical.  If we open the refrigerator, he will be sitting right in front of the fridge and staring at the inside of it, I wish I took a picture.
