Edgar Allan Poe was born in Baltimore back in 1871 to John, sorry I don’t have his mother’s name. Anyway, he attended Princeton University where he played football. In 1889, he was named quarterback of the very first 1899 College Football All-American Team.He graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1891 with a Bachelor of Arts. He continued his education at the University of Maryland School of Law graduating in 1893. In 1911, he was elected Attorney General of the State of Maryland. Now, I bet you thought I was writing about his second cousin, twice removed, didn’t you? He died in 1961 at 90. I know this is short but there wasn’t much else I could write about him. Until tomorrow keep that smile on your face.

I’ve been called an “obdurate” but I’m far from it. During my cop years you just about name it and I have either seen it or been involved in it.  After awhile death, murder, rape, robbery and all the other stuff in between becomes just an everyday part of your world.  You grow cold hearted and oblivious to other peoples pain or suffering. Nothing could be further than the truth.  Now for the meaning of (ab’door it) and if you haven’t guessed it by now it’s not easily moved to pity or sympathy.  Most cops feel the pain but it is a job regardless of the suffering, pain or death.  Sorry I’ll get off my soapbox.  Have a great day

I believe I am “erudite” to a certain extent what about you? If you passed the test to become an agent I know you had to do this.  After passing the exam you began your career and expounded on this business.  Here in Arkansas you need to take continuing education so it continues.  So this is a good time to tell you the meaning of (er’yoo) having or showing a wide knowledge gained from reading; learned; scholarly.  So our knowledge continues to expand because of the ongoing training.  Enjoy your day…

Have you experienced a “cark” recently? Man I sure have and I don’t like it.  Why you may ask and I’m so glad you did, thank you.  I did this when I first started not knowing the game plays of the real estate market I did what I could by asking other agents what they did to make them successful.  Did it work no not really?  As we near the end of the year and get ready for the new one I am looking at what I’m doing and thinking of changing my game play for next year.  Almost forgot the meaning of (kark) to worry or be worried.  Distress; anxiety.  So are you going to change you strategy or your game plan for next year? Or just Cark about it?

You know those products that say you just spray it on your house and WALAH!!!  Like magic your siding is sparkling clean and looks like new.  SCAM!!! Charlatans!!!  By the time we got through today we looked like we’d been on the giant water slide at Six Flags and didn’t have nearly as much fun.  We were ready to file for divorce and just burn the house down and forget the whole thing.  Next year…we’re hiring a guy with a pressure washer, save ourselves a lot of money; we’re going to need for home improvement therapy…

A little old lady was running up and down the halls in a nursing home. As she walked, she would flip up the hem of her nightgown and say 'Supersex...' She walked up to an elderly man in a wheelchair. Flipping her gown at him, she said, 'Supersex.' He sat silently for a moment or two and finally answered,       Are you ready?       Scroll down some more         Just a little more       Here is the punch line….       'I'll take the soup.'
