Ventless Fireplace And VA Loan Requirements   I'm not quite sure when this became a VA guideline, but this is something you should be aware of.  Recently I was involved with a VA transaction representing my buyer when 50 minutes before we were all supposed to meet at the closing table the VA wanted one more document or else the loan wouldn't close.
