Summerfield Madison Alabama, Another Successful Closing And Home Sold This home in Summerfield, Madison Alabama certainly had all the right stuff for my clients and the reason I say this is because they (Mark & Laura) began their home search in 2002...yes...I said 2002!  Houses came and went along side agents.  Apparently I met them at the right time because I only worked with them two months or so out of that ten year span....wow...did I dodge  a bullet or what?  I say that in fun because Mark & Laura were truly a pleasure to work with and they even taught me a couple of things about being thorough.  This is the home they bought in Summerfield, Madison Alabama.  The home is well located for access to schools, shopping and employment.  It backs up to a neighborhood lake with heavy woods... 05/12/2012
