Killen AL Market Report Nov 2011 Killen AL Homes For Sale/Pending/Sold - Market Report Nov 2011 9 properties sold in Killen AL during the month of November 2011.   The average list price was $163,094 with a high of  $309,000 and a low of $99,900 The average sold price was $156,169 with a high of $285,000 and a low of $97,000 The average number of days on market for sold listings was 94 with a low of 14 days and high of  350 days. Compared to last month, the number of  new listings are down, pending sales are up, and solds are the same.
