Thanks for your email and for visiting our website.   It's difficult to estimate market value on Huntsville houses without having first seen it, so much depends on how well a property shows to prospective buyers especially the older homes of five points.  We can however determine a market range by researching recent sales of similar properties in the area.   The link below is to MLS activity on McKinley Avenue of two bedroom homes since 06.01.09. The one sale was at $70 per square foot. The property was on market for 117 days before going under contract.
