Home Sales in Homewood Alabama are HOT again!  I have a client who is looking for a home in close proximity to downtown Birmingham. The first suburb on the south side of the Magic City is Homewood.  This is the place where you find these cute “cottage” style homes.  Things were tough in Homewood for a couple of years, especially after Ross Bridge started out and people thought they wanted NEW instead of the old charm of the older homes built in the 1920-1940’s.
