Birmingham Alabama Short Sale:  SOLD JULY 2011 We closed on this short sale today almost exactly 3 months to the date after it went under contract.  Another one bites the dust! 2520 Avenue Y, Birmingham, AL 35208 I give applause to the selling agent for her patience and professionalism.  Knowing how lengthy the short sale process can be, she didn't feel the need to blow my phone up for 3 months straight.  During the entire three months, frankly I can't remember her calling me not one time.  If she did call, it must have been only once. Jazz it up in July and get ready for a series of free jazz concerts. You can't beat FREE. Go to one or go to all of them. Just take your pick: Caldwell Park on the 4th of July, Ensley Park on July 11th, W.C.
