Magrath Heights Edmonton Real Estate The Magrath Heights Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been much stronger than the Edmonton selling price per square foot over the last couple years. The only times that Magrath has slipped lower and under the Edmonton average was in the 2nd quarters of 2009 and 2010.  This is an interesting fact, as Edmonton had its strongest sold price per square foot in the 2nd quarter of 2010.  Magrath has went in the opposite direction to the Edmonton trend.  So far in 2011, Magrath Heights is trending downwards towards the Edmonton average again.  Interested in a comparable market analysis on your home?
