Lendrum Place Edmonton Real Estate The Lendrum Place Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been quite a bit stronger than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot for 2009, 2010 and into 2011.  The weakest quarter for Lendrum Place was the last quarter of 2010, and Lendrum Place's average actually slipped under the Edmonton average.  Lendrum Place did have it's average selling price per square foot bounce back strongly in the first quarter of 2011.
