Calgary Housing Market Report - November 2012 Calgary Single Family Home Sales November 2012 1,006 single family homes were sold in Calgary, 5% up from the 954 sold homes in the same month last year. The average sold price was $488,311, compared to $468,861 last year. That represents a 4% increase. The benchmark price of $433,600 was 8.5% higher than the $399,700 of November 2011.
