We recently visited Gulf Shores, Alabama and decided to take a day trip to Fairhope, a quaint, old town on the shores of Mobile Bay.  As we were exploring the area, we stumbled upon a wonderful bookstore, Page and Pallette. On March 16, 2023, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the home values lower 3.0% to the price of $1,159,000 in February of 2023 from price of $1,194,500 in January of 2023, and fell 8.9% from price of $1,260,000 in February of 2022 in Orange County, California.
