Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate. Ha, my big day is today, and I have an 8 + 1 in front of the zero. I, too, have retired after almost a half century in biz. I turned my construction biz over to my youngest son, who has earned it after 35 years of service. I turned my manufactured home dealership and ADU biz over to my oldest son and youngest daughter, who have been in the biz since I started it in '86. As for my RE broker's license? Hmmm, I'm still giving that a long look. My new venture, or should I say adventure, is far afield from RE, so I'm inclined to let it go. It's only a proprietorship, so there's really no value added unless I have a licensed broker under my brokerage, which I don't. But big congrats to you, and enjoy every day of all your new days!
