     Best time to gain lots of worthwhile information from Q&A? When lots of interesting questions have been one after another asked. Buffet to glean happens. AR needs members, lots of them to be in the habit of engagement on a daily basis. 

     (On YouTube video channel, when to upload, the best time for more engagement is tied to your audience habits. You can see that on analytics, the video console. Then schedule the best upload time for maximum off the bat popularity which impacts the YT recommending your video boost exposure.)
