As video explodes in real estate marketing, this retired guy enjoys being parked and reading. And your tips should be considered by those joining the video craze. 

I used to post far more frequently on the anti-social media.  I had more new users and interaction when I did, but it generated zero business and was deemed to be a waste of time.  Now I only post new listings or the occassional blog there.  The blogs do drive traffic, as they're on interesting topics like shady real estate agents, fraudsters, and people I've helped send to jail.
