Well, the hashtag that I use most often is #NoPickleballForBrian and Ray Henson knows it well, haha.

I thought I had heard that hashtags were going away, seems that they are a thing of the past, haha.

I keep hearing that they're going away and I keep using them anyhow. I think it's because I find them helpful with my searches, especially on instagram. However, with AI speed, I can see hashtags having less value. I base them on the location, niche, specialty, my name, etc. 

So... In less than 5 minutes, I asked ChatGPT and created this blog just for you Andrew. Are hashtags still relevant

I typically use the city, variations of city & new listing, tract name (when it's a selling feature/highly desired tract), key features (like a pool, public sports courts, walking trails, etc), city & pool home (when appropriate), close parks/schools/etc, company name, my name for branding.

I've seen some limited traffic from them.

I just use the tags in the descriptions.
