I can't see myself doing that anytime soon, although I know it would be a really good thing to do.  I don't do much marketing myself; most of my business is attained through networking and referrals.

You could develop a series of videos to educate potential buyers of condos, single family, vacant land and the pluses and minuses of fixer uppers. To prepare for them an agent should gain experience doing videos of their individual listings. Having a video library is a journey that requires a learn as you go attitude.

I don't see me in front of the camera doing it, but an instructional video, maybe... if the blog did exceptionally well, showing that there is interest in the topic.

Good video. Agree with Debe Maxwell, CRS . Think it's important that we need to see your face. It creates a sense of trust among viewers. Just a thought....

It's not my forté but, I understand I'm going to have to get over my 'stage fright' and JUST DO IT! 

He did a great job on the video - but, he's hiding his face! Does that put lack of trust in some folks' minds?
