Perhaps a browser or PC security setting function?  Not seeing the same issue on Firefox or Chrome.

Is it just AR?
Maybe something changed on your computer that clears cookies after a certain amount of time, or some other cookies setting.

If you have Chrome, go to : chrome://settings/cookies?search=cookies
"Allow third party cookies" should be checked
See if anything else is not right.

You could even add activerain.com under "Sites allowed to use third party cookies"

If all fails, be sure you start fresh, clear your browsing history, cookies, site data, etc.
Try again.

It sounds really frustrating to keep having to log in repeatedly.

Sometimes, this issue can be caused by browser settings that clear cache and cookies automatically when you shut down your computer or close the browser, which would log you out of websites like AR each time. 

Have you checked your browser's settings to see if it's set to clear cookies and cache on exit? Adjusting that setting might help you stay logged in longer.

Yes, I have been logged out way more than I used to, Bob Crane . I used Firefox, maybe that's the problem?

I've had it a few times, thankfully it's easy to click login.  :)

Yes and I thought it was with my computer but, it's only AR that keeps making me login. I have an autofill so, it's just a click of a button to get logged back in.

I have Frontier - I have been in communication with them frequently. As of two days ago, I learned they started making changes in February/March 2025 for different areas. For example, I had the bundle which included security protection. Frontier decided without telling me, they removed my security protection with my bundle that was previously grandfathered. They made changes, removed my Bundle, AND increased the price for services.

FOR NOW, NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH AR FOR ME - I'M GOOD. MY PROBLEMS ARE WITH FRONTIER. 

My iPad needs a daily log in to display normally.  Not so much with my lap top 

This is the same question I asked about 3 weeks ago Bob Crane . At that time few who answered were having a problem... I see it's spreading. As I said back then, it's not due to increased traffic at AR.

It is not an issue for me. 

I log out of every session when using AR Bob Crane. So I do log in and out every time. Nothing new for me. Am I understanding your question?

I have the same issue on Chrome. 

When I attempted to post an answer to this question, I was logged out and had to log back in. This is not the firs time this has happened of late. I use Chrome.

I'm not having that problem with chrome.

I haven't had any issues Bob.  Hope you get yours figured out soon.  I get how annoying that could be.
