Yes, I do incorporate videos for every listing and I create video FAQ series, evergreen content, video podcast interviews and video emails. 

I continue to be parked and reading to learn from those who have jumped into the circle of agents incorporating video in their marketing.  Interesting that 38% of active agents have made the move. 

I utilize video in my marketing. 

The only thing that I have found to influence how many views is whether I have shared it in a blog post and on social media.

Luckily, I include video, even if it's just a slideshow from the listing photos, haha.

I don't have enough followers to get the data relating to audience and the time that they visit. I've heard that 3-4PM is the best time if YouTube can't provide that data for you. I've also heard noon to 2PM so, who really knows?! 

I am, however, most definitely in the 38% who use video for each and every listing - and have for many years!

talking the talk and walking the walk are too different sides of this statement.  Video is a very good tool to keep in you tool box.  It helps to be informed, educated and motivated to serve every client.  

I use video tours and embed them into the listing webpage, in addition to posting a link in the MLS which goes to some of the syndication partners.

I post it when I have time and when it's done.  No sense in waiting around.  I use youtube primarily, since it's a google product and they give preference to their services.  I'll also post on Vimeo.  I prefer hosting there, because they actually respect the privacy of the viewers... but youtube is where the masses sadly go for their videos, so I post there as well.  Maybe some day they'll learn enough to care about their privacy...
