The rat race here in our earthly business sector is mild compared to the online rat racing....How one stands out & does online business is a good subject to explore. I don't see the individual edge one can take Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 to be better online than the next fellow

I think that my audience is bigger than I could even imagine!  I am putting a listing on the market today, and I have put together a YouTube video for it, although, it's only from the photos for the listing.

My audience is nowhere as big as your audience. I'm impressed with your channel and the amount of likes, views and comments you get.
Questions:
1. How do you create the chapters?
2. Are you combining stills, drone and video in many of those?
3. What program do you use to edit?

I don't youtube for real estate.  My buyers come from my wife's company site and are overflow for the other agents that work for her when they are already booked.  Normally I show, hand them back over to their original agent and get a referral fee from them.

I don't recruit buyers, unless they're for my listings.  I don't do lifestyle videos for the area either.  I've restarted doing actual video tours of listings.  Video is just not a media I look at for information.  Same with podcasts.  Printed text or still photos, 98% of the time is what I look for.  I gather information on MY time and schedule, not the videographer's/podcaster's schedule.
