I'm not a cartoon person. Maybe that has to do with the fact that I was not allowed to watch them as a child. Secondly, I consider real estate serious financial endeavor and cartoons somehow don't support that seriousness of what we do.

I see the cartoon approach as dumbing down the viewer if it is done badly. Why fantasize the subject? If done with tact & hosting quality, it can work but keep it short. No distractions i.e. noise, loud colors & animated speech

I have never liked the videos with cartoon characters, I would much rather see a real person being genuine!

A cartoon video seems canned to me and does nothing to verify the agents knowledge. IMO, a large part of the benefit of videos is for prospects to get to know your personality and expertise through the real person. I know some just do video tours with their voice and no FaceTime on the video. I guess that is okay, as an alternative.

Cartoons are fine, probably better than  bad acting or delivery by an agent not doing a great job.
