I don't like the concept of negativity. 

I watched the first two minutes and that was enough for me. This struck me as negative about her area, even though I think she was trying to point out the positives. And the dog and bleeps were just not necessary.

No, I do not think this is a good video. Her delivery sends the wrong message and not the real humor. It should be reshot or rethought. Thanks for posting a bad example of video!

It looks like god clickbait but would need to be more specific with a specific location to really be productive.

Totally not a fan of negative ads and probably wouldn't click on it after having made the decision to move to an area. I would have already completed honest research and would view even the picture as a joke/untruthful 'ad.' 

I've been seeing this in the radio world, I bypass the videos because they're really marketing videos to sell you on the radio trying to pretend to be something else.
