If you're gathering questions to help write blogs that would be of interest to others, what about property taxes? Are there any, and how much are they? What kinds of land is available? How is water delivered and is there a fee? What about utilities? Tell us about the towns. Why would someone want to live in one as opposed to another. Etc etc. A million topics!

It would be interesting to get information on pricing and property taxes on some of the beachfront McMansions as well as condominiums along the beachfront. 

There are so many beautiful places on this earth this posting proves it

only a place I want to visit, not know about their real estate.

Are you able to make a full-time career out of being a REALTOR there? Is it busy enough? Do you island hop to sell? Is it seasonal? What's the competition like for you?

When it comes to sell your property in the Bahamas doesn't the government step in somewhere along the line?  Are you from Gainesville GA?
