Try asking your buyers if this is accurate, or if they bought the property for other reasons.

I do my own videos on my listings and I also have my Photographer include drone videos and occasionally formal house walkthroughs in addition to Matterport 3-D tours.

I have zero interest in doing community flavor videos.  

I try to keep my overhead down.
