Most of us agents have learned by now that potential clients that want to use WhatsApp are phonies.  I've shared videos with potential buyers and never received a a sale with anyone I hadn't met in person.

All my videos, if requested by my client, are original and not some one else’s efforts.  

Video was not an option when I was active. These days I would use good listing agent videos to entice my buyers. It's a relatively new tool that will soon be mainstream. Stay ahead of the curve.

Give the buyers as much info as you can, seller vids, facetime, photos, floorplans and much more.

If my buyer can't attend the showing, I Zoom them live on video - been doing that for over 8 years with my Military clients and all clients during the 2020 era of the 20-21 Pandemic.

I no longer work with buyers. 

If I did, I would do whatever is necessary to represent them. 

I have not nor will I ever use Whats App

I do FT quite often since so many people are moving here from out of the area. I had someone use WhatsApp recently. It wasn't as seamless but it worked. 

I have done videos but FT or WA works best. 

I would want to share all I know & can get my hands on should any client of mine express an interest. That's me earning my bucks i.e. customer service

I have used numerous apps to live stream video with prospective buyers who are out of the country or for whatever reason aren't able to be present for the showing.
