An Entrepreneur says my goal every month is writing a Minimum of 10k per month ( no matter how many properties it takes )

I hope never to switch again.  I left because my last company merged with another.  I have no reason to leave this company.  I've worked with the COO on both Grievance and Professional Standards for the past eight years.  He was the reason I switched over.  I liked the way they run things.  I couldn't do better on a split.  I work from home.   They make it easy.  Like Kat Palmiotti says, "Never say never," but I for one hope it's never again.

When I started my real estate career- I already knew I wasn't going to select the broker I worked for by the commissions they offered or other incentives. I selected the broker I wanted to work for based on what I could learn from them, on their values, and so much more. I knew I was selecting a partner for all the things I didn't yet know in this business. It's now 8 1/2 years later and I am still working with the same broker. Never have I been pressured to close a deal just for the numbers. We don't work that way. We are advisors- and in some instances that means we have to spend more time with our clients to understand what they want, need or don't need. Building that trust takes time- and our management team fully believes that with that trust comes additional business by doing the right thing.We also believe in working smarter not harder and as a group- our target hire is smarter but also the type of person you can enjoy being around. Smart but nasty or successful but nasty doesn't work for us. 

I am not going to say I would never leave because we don't have crystal balls, but it would sure take an extraordinary opportunity for me to consider it.

I've learned to Never Say Never. I liked my previous brokerage but they were too old school traditional which meant I had to work harder not smarter.

I have no intentions of leaving the company I'm with currently. So many things work for me and none of the new fangled brokerages truly offer anything better. Many are repackaged with a lot of marketing hype. So, as long as my office has integrity and continues to be a leader in the industry, I'll most likely stay with them.
