25th Valentine's Day of the same tradition I created by accident 25 years ago when we were dating.

1. I clean the house.
2. set the table
3. Cook a very special, specific meal
4. flowers of course. (purchased prior to the V-Day markups)
5. Music from our wedding mix-tape. (Prior to being married it was our dating mixed tape).

Been doing this for Ailina since Valentine's Day 2000.

I gave my wife Valentine's Day cards for a full week leading up to yesterday and then we went to a church fish fry. Carol also made a great chocolate cake that we had to wait until 7:30 PM to eat because we were all so full from the fish fry.

Valentines to all my A Clients and for my hubby, we went to a little town across the way for lunch on Tuesday, to the garden shop for flowers to plant in the yard on Wednesday and grilled lamb chops for dinner with chocolate cake and today we are having friends in for lunch.  We do Valentines all week.  Share the love.

I had a Thai lunch with my son.  Not because it was V Day - we met because he happened to be in town.  Love spending time with my son.  

In the evening, I relaxed with my homemade organic veggie chili and some red wine.  It was a glorious day all the way around.

I showed a house and didn't get home until 7:30. My husband gave flowers and a card and I gave him a card. My husband's birthday is today (2-15) so we don't do much for Valentine's Day which I'm totally fine with. Today I'll make him dinner and we'll go out this weekend.

We had dinner at home after a busy day of taking  my wife to a physical therapy session relating to her TMJ issues and then meeting with our plumber about a Flushmate toilet tank problem. I did have many social media contacts and am still receiving social media messages.

Well, hubby and I came home from our vacation with Covid on Sunday and had to stay in for Valentine's Day, Peter! SO, Ray ordered flowers for me and I found an amazing restaurant who puts ingredients together, ordered a 4-course meal, the ingredients were delivered and I prepared it. It was a lovely evening at home...and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
