I believe most of us here will sign and share on Social Media. 

As Wayne Martin said, the NAR is like the Gov-mint.  We need to stop the madness.

The demand should be sent to NAR, does no good to send it here as NAR likely does not monitor AR.

   Maybe real estate salespeople, collectively, can find a trial lawyer to represent them.  Real estate brokers and agents have been shaken down and extorted by NAR year after year.  Perhaps file an anti-trust extortion lawsuit against NAR.  Name the officers, directors, and employees as defendants.

Although I am now retired Richie Alan Naggar I do agree with you. It's all the fees associated with being a RE agent that kept me from renewing my license when I retired. If you have to sell a house a month just to pay fees semi-retirement is NOT retirement at all.

Are the fees really mandatory though?  You can be a licensed agent without being a Realtor with $0 fees to NAR can't you?

Reports are more NAR heads are quitting/ "retiring"  and taking big big dollar deals. Then their children can all be consultants for zillions too.    Time for state boards to find new independent MLS - it's only a database of individual Realtor's work.

Agreed. I'm tired of reading of multiple lawsuits inside and out of NAR and big name brokerage firms.
