I listed this house last year. I may have used a Brady Bunch theme in my advertising 😄

Wow, someone actually listed a home above the mansion tax cutoff.  Almost everyone with a home over $4m pulled theirs off the market when that went live.

Dating myself.. yes I remember "The Brady Bunch".  But for whatever reason, we didn't watch it.  Of course we knew the premise, the characters, etc.

Would I buy the house?  Not something I am interested in, thank you.

And who are the Kardashians?  Is that an episode of Star Trek, or Lost in Space, or The Outer Limits?

It's the story of a house name Brady

that was photographed oh so many times

All the kids played tricks upon each other

But they always learned their lessons really well.

I was going to try to write an entire story with the lyrics of the Brady Bunch song but it's too early. 

After watching the Xfiles episode on this house I will be staying far away from it.

Wow! I like the house, but I do not think I could pay $5.5 MM for that property. Cool to see it today.

Total waste of time & money. They keep calling it a ranch but gee .... it's got stairs.

No pitch from me but I have to say... "Coolest house ever" (at least my 7 year old self thought so)! 

This home reminds me of the old adage: "G.O.P.T." - grossly overpriced turkey! Am I missing something?
