Raising fees like this is something they should have done during the mortgage crisis for people buying again within 5 years of a foreclosure, short sale or DIL.  I don't see the need for fees at this time.  It almost looks like PMI.

Interesting article, thanks for sharing   I need to do more investigation but their example is a couple that supposedly pays their bills on time but still has a high debt to income ratio.  How does this happen?  something does not compute here
