Nick, I have never used such a list or graphic in a listing presentation.  My focus is always on understanding the needs of the client and speaking to how I meet and exceed those needs.  Less if more for me in life and in listing consultations. The operative word there is "consultation" not presentation.

Listing for dummy's comes to mind LOL. If we, as agents, spelled out in easy to do and understand terms what is involved, all will/would prosper. It is interesting to note that non-agents or FSBO's can imitate but not duplicate savvy plus they will never know what they are talking about or doing for that matter nor will anyone else for that matter. Lawsuits, litigation and costly mistakes are born out of this arrogance.

I have to agree with Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist in principle. I don't like handing out generic graphics like this as each listing ends up being on its own timeline and needs different steps at different times.

I like the suggestion made by Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP and I am sure the title company has something or could put something together for you.  I remember that title companies would put together buyer and seller books for me with this sort of stuff within them.

I have a marketing plan that I tailor for each listing. It's not included in a listing presentation, BUT what I do for prospective sellers is provide a listing collateral package done for a similar property, that they can view and get an idea of what theirs would be like.

Also have always had a sheet with 'listing file contents' but those are documents I want in the file. 

AND . . . escrow company has handouts like  THIS 'Life of an Escrow' . . . if your intent is to educate a prospective on the entire process . . .
