A young man and his girlfriend were buying their first house.  I was their Buyer's Broker. 

    "We need to get married, we are new to Tallahassee (FSU students), we haven't joined a church yet and we don't have a pastor.  Our parents won't release the purchase money unless we are married.  Fred, you are an ordained minister, can you perform the ceremony for us?"

   Yes I can, and yes I did.  My wife was the maid of honor, another friend stood as a witness.  They exchanged vows in a City park under a large oak tree.   They cried tears of joy for each other, then they hugged me and cried some more.  

   That was 8 years ago, they are still married, and we are all friends!
