Pro photographer does it but eventually I have to rename them in the MLS. They do not transfer over. Photoshop is not the user friendly app that I would go to first.

Do  not put my own signs up either. Great service does that.

My husband is the "sign guy" so he puts up/takes down my signs.

I take my own photos and videos when selling land, and do it myself OR use professional when selling homes (depends on timing/etc).

The title companies all deposit my commission check in my bank, so I don't go to closings for that. IF my clients are in the area (most are not) I will attend their signing with them but it's to offer support and make sure nothing goes awry.

It depends on the Seller. I take preliminary photos before we go live and offer suggestions to my clients when consulting beforehand. This gives us time to review what needs to be done. Most of the time, the Seller points out what's wrong and they immediately make corrections, such as removing an item from their counter tops, or removing drapes, etc. 

Then I explain I will hire a Professional Photographer. On occasion, they tell me they prefer I take the photos. If I agree, I will let them know if we don't get showings within 3 days, I would hire a professional photographer and they agree. Sometimes, we get an offer on day 1 or 2; other times not. 

It all depends on communication and consulting skills.

For the photos, I hire out to free up my time. But for yard signs I do myself, since I carry one with riders on every listing appointment I make. The goal is to leave it behind while I carry back my signed Listing Agreement - LOL

I hire professionals who I can count on 100% of the time for everything, with the exception of my write-ups.

Our company provides a courier who installs our signs, snap a photo of the sign in place and send it to us. Also, they have a courier who picks up checks from any attorneys who won't wire funds (commissions) to brokerages.

I source out measurements, photos and sign installation. It saves me time and is worth the cost to me. I add my own listings and descriptions. It's worth it to me to make sure the listing presents well. Oh, and love the oldies.  Thanks for sharing.

Photoshop is a poor program for doing much of anything.

For renaming I use Windows explorer, for resizing I use windows explorer or paint.
