Unfortunately at the time of joining, it was not apparent that Alignable spams all your Contacts with an invitation to join and endorse you. Not a welcome revelation.

I've had a profile for years but have not utilized it. I add contacts - mostly 3rd party vendors and Real Estate peeps and accept any recommendations that come my way. I don't think it offers anything that other networking/social platforms don't offer. There are discussions that are mostly a solicitation for business and referrals... I don't participate.

No although I do get invitations occasionally and ignore them. The message usually reads something like "I'd like you to join so I can refer business to you" which makes no sense since anyone who wants to refer business to me can easily call or email. And since the invites come via email, they obviously know how to contact me.

I have been subscribed to Alignable for a number of years. On a POSITIVE NOTE: One of the things I like the best about it are getting to meet people in my local area and depending upon their info I contact them and follow them and then see if we can set up a coffee meet and greet.  This has been a great way to build new contacts and potential future referrals.  Just last week I had coffee with a Private Police Company and we hit it off so well and want to meet again.  Two days later she referred to me to her parents who are going to be moving out of state (building a house in Florida) and they need to sell their home!  I have met with them and it was very successful.  I'll be listing their home beginning of summer.
