 No 'pain'. It's another cycle much like I've seen several times over the past 35 years years.  Agents simply need to ramp up marketing to their SOI and be consistent with it - stay top of mind.  SHIFT mindset if needed.  Network as well as review yearly budget and cut where they can.

Agents who don't respond timely.  This really isn't a 9 to 5, M-F job and you aren't doing right by your clients when you try to do that.

Why not ask something positive like, "What is your #1 Strength?".
