That will always come. In bear markets real estate investment does well, in bull markets it does not.
I've seen an increase in real estate investment out here for many years, especially the Air B&B/short term rental space. The amount of untis available has doubled and tripled within the last year out here and nationally.

I don't see it happening where we live. Unless investors have decent amount to put down for a down payment, as it is investors are having a hard time trying to rent their new properties with the insane amounts they want for rent. I agree real estate is a good investment, it always has been for me. As with anything you buy low and sell high and our real estate is high and it doesn't look like it's coming down much.

I think some will invest in real estate but my guess is it will be cash buyers who liquidate some of their stocks and use the proceeds to buy real estate. I have been working with a couple clients who want to buy an investment property here but between the high prices and high rates, it would not cash flow unless they pay cash.
