If a current working relationship, they get RESULTS first off. If not active, they get candy, chocolate, licorice or some token depending on the person of course. Best to assess at that time and act accordingly. Minimum effort? Merry Xmas card etc. Look, I treat well for no reason needed. It's my default

Yes. I leave them alone and do not bother them.

They will receive a happy new year card from me with a little something special inside. 

In years past I had a week long open house at my office for past clients to drop in, get a small gift and enjoy cookies and coffee or cider.  However, in light of sickness in my own family it's on hold this year and I might shift it to a January event.  People like gifts and cookies in January too.

No.  I don't like Vendors using me at Christmas and vowed to never do the same to my clients.  They know the difference and comment on others trying to woo them.  It is looked upon as a sad practice in my area.  Christmas is for family only.  I'm often astonished when reading about how many people are included on gift lists in the US.  We don't do that. 

I still send cards (Christmas, Easter, Birthday) to clients I really liked... the heck with the rest of them now that I am retired 😉.

No, do not even send cards any longer.

I like following Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate. He is quick to the point. 

I leave them alone to enjoy the season with their friends and family and hit like when I see their fb posts.

I send Christmas cards. If they sent me a referral in the past I might send them a gift like cookies or fruit. I have done Christmas parties in the past but they are a lot of work during a season that's busy for everyone. 

I do send cards.  Those in their home for their 1st Christmas get an ornament too.

But one must realize there is the A list all the way to the D list.
For those on the A list I have been planning all year. Collecting 'relics' that embody their passions. One such 'anything' could be a antique hand saw with "Will Hamm saw dust to dreams' lasered on the stainless-steel blade with proper patina.  Yep, you could get stuck with a token you can not get rid of for all eternity.
A number of years ago I presented one with a customized BESSEY clamp I acquired at a garage sale. They LOVED it. It is mounted as a billboard in their shop.

Volunteer and pour yourself into your local community service. Best gift for everyone who lives, works and plays in your community. Don't make it just about your real estate success and rewarding buyers and sellers. Serve all the community and volunteer @willhamm !

I am in a process of collecting small baskets for the ''best'' clients and vendors, will need to ship them in a week. 

I've traditionally dropped off a gift of about $10 to about 50 of the clients that I've enjoyed working with the most.

I have an annual client & vendor appreciation/Humane Society event each year. We have a blast- I love seeing my clients mingle with one another, while doing something wonderful for the community! It's one of the highlights of my holiday season!
