Not sure how many deals are made there, however I do get plenty of solicitations from golf courses asking me to sponsor their score cards.

Gated golf communities are a primary target for most of the sales in this area. The number is always on the rise but an accurate figure isn't tracked by me. I can say that the volume has increased by at least 20% in the past 2 years and pricing varies from roughly $3M to $30M.

I would guess a fraction of a percent William. There may be certain agents who have had some success on the course but the average buyer is going to want to "make the deal" as a couple either in an office or the home they are purchasing.

This is how Lexus became a hit!  When the members would drive up in Cadillacs the dealer would have a half dozen Lexus cars available to test drive and the business took off.   Wednesday was the day to make deals.  Finding the next generation not so interested in this sport.  That being said post COVID there was a resurgence for fresh air.  Many of the golf courses in Florida are being sold for multi family

Deals get made in many settings. I've given handfuls of my business cards to the local watering hole we love to lunch at, have made 30k in commissions from 'friend referrals' this year and more in the pipeline!

"The Golf Course" can be anywhere social where deals are made. I do not golf as much as I used to, and rarely did business when I did play. I make more deals at my Gratitude Gatherings and Networking Events. Socially, my deals are made walking my dog. Dog owners I bump into become clients on my neighborhood walks. So parties, coffee shops, sporting events and dog walking have become my new "golf course" pipelines.

I have been able to lock up "trust and confidence" in several via the golf course....there is nothing more natural and non-aggressive in letting someone (hopefully future clients) really get to know you on the golf course and it is also a great way to "stay in touch" with those/them....
