For listings, I use a Professional Photographer. For travel I use my Nikon 35 mill. I have a Cannon that is newer but I prefer Nikon. On the go, my iPhone 11. Yes, there was a time when I used black and white but never for business. I don't have a drone because of restrictions now because of the distance to DFW Airport. When they first came out, I hired a professional drone photographer who was licensed. I was smash hit and it helped to sell quickly.

I used professional photography. And yes, I had a Polaroid for emergencies. Talk about ancient history!

I have never been much of a photographer so my cell phone has always been my daily driver.  I have at times captured some amazing shots with it and I always carry it with me!

I don't own a camera outside of the one in my phone. I virtually never use that camera and forget I even have one in my phone most of the time. I am a terrible photographer and hate taking pictures. When I need pictures, I hire a professional. I've never used polaroids.

Whatever my professional photographer uses is what is used for my listings.  For me, it's whatever comes with my phone.  :)   I do remember the days of waiting for the pictures to show up hoping that at least a few in the roll came out good.  ahhhh.... so funny to think of now!

I do remember polaroids, and dropping 35mm film off at the drugstore to process. As for now, for photos taken while out exploring away from home, I usually just use my iPhone X, but for other times I use my Canon Powershot SX70HS and my DJI drone.

Words soon to disappear from our language,
"I wish I had my camera."
Those mobile devices have exceptional cameras, if only we can get the finger out of the way.
I have a Canon 80D. On the web you cannot distinguish the source by looking at the image quality.

Oh, I had so much fun with Polaroids when I was younger!

I use my phone camera and it suffices for personal use but, for professional use, I know my limitations so, I hire the best in the business to shoot my properties!

I do remember the polaroid.

The camera that I have used for well over 100,000 photographs is my Canon PowerShot G11. New versions are now available.

I use my phone.  I take a bunch of pictures, delete most of them and only keep the few I like.  The last really good camera that we bought was for our honeymoon in 1990.  We were on the worst flight of our life and were so happy we landed that we kissed the ground and forgot our brand new camera on the plane.  We never even developed one picture from that phone.

My favorite camera is a Panasonic Lumix camera with built-in 300X Zoom. I have had more expensive cameras but I love this one because of it's ease of use and and high quality pictures. At one time, way back, I was a professional photographer using only medium format cameras, cameras that cost ten times what this camera cost.

As far as polaroid's I think my dad had them all and I owned the XS70. It was a heck of a camera.

Now, for real estate photos, I use the professionals who provide much better photos than I can.

I loved the Polaroids!  They're actually making a little bit of a comeback, believe it or not!  Half the fun was in shaking them and waiting for the photo to magically appear.

My daily driver is a Sony RX-100 Mark 7. Convenient 24 - 200 zoom. If I bought a new camera it would be either the Sony A-1 or Canon R-3. Both are around $6000.00, then I'd have to spend another 4-5000.00 to get the lenses I'd need to go with them. ( Too expensive ). I've used old Polaroids back in the 60s-70s.
