I'm not afraid of no ghost!

I grew up in an older home and they have lots of creaks and noises. As kids, we used to imagine it was haunted.

Now, if it is on the beach there's a good chance I would keep it. Otherwise, I would probably sell it.

Recently, my business partner and I purchased a historical building that supposedly has a ghost that still resides there.   I will give updates if I ever get to meet the ghost.

If a genuine haunted house, Adults $12.50 Children $6.00 entrance fees. At some point, I would form an investor group. The theme would be similar to Disney's Haunted Mansion. Are there haunted houses, places of darkness and rampant evil presence? YES. However, the only power they possess is the amount you give them. We have authority over them thanks to God. As far as selling or renting the place in question, I have. The selling is of no matter, but the renting required exorcism.

I have sold a number of old historic houses that were said to have ghosts residing in them. My high school Prospect Hall was haunted and our office in the Frederick historic district has a ghost which make himself know every now and then. My answer B then A 👀 🎃

I would move in and make friends with the ghost. I'd learn about their story and see if I can help free them. I'd take them out for a nice drive in the country and stop for milkshakes on the way home, so they'd know there is a big wonderful world out there they can explore instead of being cooped up in my old house. I would tell them they are welcome to visit any time they like.

In Florida, we don't disclose ghosts, murders, or any other type of stigmatized property.  So I would either renovate or sell, depending on the situation.

Never have had one, but we have represented properties where people would experience the heebie jeebies in certain areas of the home. In one case, there had been a murder/suicide in the home (not required to disclose these) and the buyer would have nothing to do with the property after viewing it.

Locally this happened to an agent I know.  Home was sold and there were unfriendly ghosts in it (drawers opening, opening scene of the only good Ghostbusters movie type stuff.  Buyers freaked out.  Seller bought it back for what was paid.  Agent then marketed it as a haunted house.  A haunted house/fright tour type company bought it and charges a boat load (especially around Halloween) for people to stay in it.  This was a long time ago before Air B&B existed.  I'm sure today it would make a killing on the STR sites.

I don't believe in such things but don't like to tempt fait.  I would sell the house immediately and disclose the rumor in order to never have this ghost of the past to come bat to haunt me.
