Host what? Actually I love hosting 365 days a year. I would be okay with drop in friends every day but my wife would shoot me if we had 2 guests a week.

As I was walking through Costco the other day and saw the Christmas decorations, I smiled knowing I don't have to worry about decorating or hosting. I will be spending all of December and January in a warmer climate.
