Edit: Full disclosure...I understood this to the be "marketing" of the listing online, and by that, I read into it as the listing photos, to literally "SEE" the listing: Back to our regularly scheduled programming..

1. Toilet Seats up have to be #1!

2. I always want to see the backyard through a second floor window with the screen in place.

3. Rooms from a POV angle of passed out on the floor, so you know what your new home will look like sideways.

I think there are two types of listing ads.  Those listing agents that are hoping to help their client sell at top dollar in the shortest time with the least hassled.  This type of agent give all of the information including the price.  The second type is using their listings to promote themselves and get new leads.  The second type withholds information in order to make potential buyers call them so they can have a chance to sell them something.  Personally, I've always been most interested in serving the best interest of those that have put their trust in me.
