Bison burgers, homemade burger sauce, caramelized onions, maybe something with poblano, maybe homemade potato salad, and something with yellow squash. So I'm not exactly sure but there will be burgers.

We will be having bbq salmon for dinner. Delicious!

It is 107 degrees here in San Jose today.  No BBQ for me.  I am having a salad inside my air-conditioned home! I might have an ice-cold adult beverage too. 

Already did BBQ rotisserie ribs expertly marinated, seasoned & cooked. Gave two big bones to my neighbor after she saw mine and said: OH WOW.

NOTE: For the record, I trim the majority of fat off so when I bite in later on, I get mostly the tender loving parts

Rain in our area this afternoon.

A friend of our gave us some salmon that he caught in Alaska.  I sauteed it and put a little pesto and preserved lemons over the top.  It was very good and I am looking forward to the leftovers today!

I don't barbecue... never have and at this stage of my life unlikely to start.

Not making my wife labor over a hot BBQ or oven to make us dinner Will! LOL  I am ordering in pizza!

Fresh caught Atlantic salmon, cilantro rice with peach chutney and broccoli.
I am confident I caught glimpse of a variety adult beverages.
Spent all day yesterday baking a cherry cheesecake.
Well, it started out really healthy.

Pouring rain all day so no barbecuing here... a big bowl of goulash was on our table. 

Since I am in Montana, stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings and had 6 wings and a salad.

We did not BBQ today, just took it easy and relaxed.

No more than a company:) I eat only grilled veggies, sometimes seafood.

I seared weathervane scallops in ghee with baby greens and a balsamic reduction . . . 113 today along the River and we had a wicked storm that didn't but knock out my power long enough to reset ALL my clocks, but traffic signals are down and power poles got snapped along the Parkway . . . I am hoping they get the signals back up so I can go chase my signs tomorrow! LOL THANK GOD the snowbirds are not here yet - it'd be like LA traffic!

Zipped a cross the US - Canadian border Sunday to spend Labor Day at ST Andrews by the sea. Will post some pix and ate lots of fresh caught seafood eh? Lucky to be a border town and the CAN app works slick for the back and forth now that COVID restrictions have been streamlined and dialed back Will Hamm . What did you grill and size wearing crunches from that ladder climbing episode a ways back?

Thanks for the suggestion, I may find some ribs tomorrow.

We went to the Laemmle Theater in Newhall, California and saw "Where the Crawdads Sing"  It was terrific.  Afterwards we went out for a Veggie Pizza and Salad.  We avoided the heat (107) & Freeways.
