It sounds like Shayne Stone has you covered Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate . I had used Zoom in the past with no trouble BUT week when I wanted to join the AR Zoom meeting I had troubles as well BUT nothing had changed on my end as far as programs or computer hardware. I was NOT real concerned because I truly don't like Zoom.

I have not had this issue, but I installed the client on the desktop versus using the web client. The couple times I've tried the web client the throughput was very bad. Very choppy audio.
It looks to me like this is just a "new program" notification from the firewall. Zonealarm was famous for these back in the days when it was good. I'd allow it to communicate out, otherwise you won't be able to use it.

Best way Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate if your now running Windows 10+ is threw you browser from Zoom website. Unless you disable Windows S+ security setting to allow the downloading of Zoom app.

I was on two Zoom calls today with no problems. Unfortunately, neither of those were AR Zoom meetings.

I never have problems with Zoom and have really good security on my computer. I installed it years ago and have had it on my computer prior to the security upgrades. Perhaps that is the reason there isn't a problem?

Anti-virus programs are on the ball as Zoom and other apps are being used for purposes not intended. Hackers, mischief-makers we know. It's these companies that collect verified contact info and sell these lists to others. That's where there is shadow business being done. What do we know?

I've used the Zoom app for years. I just tried it & had no problems at all. Ages ago there was a security gap which they have since fixed.

As long as you know who and what you are allowing it should be fine, part of existing in todays society is the requirement that we allow people and apps to communicate with us.
