Clients get a birthday card with a little something enclosed, and a holiday greeting card with a little something enclosed.

I send happy 1st-year anniversary cards on the anniversary of their home purchase. 

I always send thank you notes to show my appreciation and gratitude for various things to various people. 

Random cards throughout the year - "thinking of you" kind of cards. 

I sent a lot of cards and spend a lot of time doing them ... all hand-written and personalized. 

I send a Christmas card and cards in between. I have a FB group for past clients. I email a quarterly magazine and do other things as well. 

I don't.

Whether it's note cards, letters, emails, or phone calls - the important thing is to stay connected to those past clients at LEAST quarterly. It's your job to make sure they don't forget you when there's a referral to be made or they want to buy or sell again.

Randomly, and that goes for gifts too if I see something that's perfect for someone!

I have never used not cards.  I mail out Christmas Cards and sometimes Thanksgiving cards.  I'll mail out letters with something of value inside such as a flag pin as well.

I wish that I could say "always", unfortunately the opposite is true.

I admire those like yourself that are so attentive and organized to get this done on a regular basis.
